Pastabilities

The Taproot Kitchen will metamorphose into Little Italy as students are led by Buzz from Notch Above Bakery into learning about and making 3 different types of pastas: Semolina, Type 00, and Buckwheat. He will also guide participants in creating 3 different types of easy accompaniments to compliment the pasta being made. Participants will work in teams of two. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required.
Registration is by donation. We ask you to pay what you can, starting at a suggested donation of $25. If you are able to contribute more to support our education programming, we are grateful.
